Basic Membership Description

This Agreement grants the Member access to rent and use sports equipment offered by [Your Company Name] on a membership basis. Equipment includes, but is not limited to:
Bicycles
Tennis gear
Fitness gear
Swimming Gear
And more gear
Membership Plans & Fees
Plan Type: Basic Membership
Monthly Fee: $10 first month free
Billing Cycle: Monthly
Security Deposit: $25
Fees are non-refundable once billed unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions.
Access & Usage
Members may rent available equipment based on membership tier limitations.
Equipment availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Maximum rental period per item: 24 hours
Late returns may incur additional charges of $5.
Member Responsibilities
Use all equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.
Return items clean and in good condition.
Immediately report any damage, loss, or malfunction.
Do not loan rented equipment to non-members.
Liability and Insurance
The Member uses the equipment at their own risk.
Syclone Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage incurred while using the equipment.
Members are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items (beyond normal wear and tear).
Cancellation & Suspension
Memberships may be canceled within 3 business days with written notice before the next billing cycle.
Early termination fees may apply.
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or policy violations.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance within the laws of Mesa County, Colorado.
Member Acknowledgement
By signing below, the Member agrees to the terms of this Membership Agreement and the attached Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions for Sports Equipment Membership
Eligibility
Minors may sign up with parent or guardian consent.
They may only use equipment under adult supervision and with ongoing approval from a parent or guardian.
Account Sharing
Membership is non-transferable.
Safety
Members are responsible for using appropriate safety gear (e.g., helmets, pads). The Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe use.
Damage Policy
Members are financially responsible for repairs or replacement costs due to misuse, negligence, or loss.
Reservation Limits
Some equipment may require advance booking. Limits may apply to prevent hoarding or overuse.
Suspension Rights
The Company may suspend membership for violations of rules, late returns, or abusive behavior.
Refund Policy
No refunds are given for unused time, except in cases of documented medical emergency or service disruption.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
Indemnification
The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from the use of equipment.
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update these terms with at any time and notify the Members.
Member Acknowledgement
By submitting this form electronically, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement and the attached Terms & Conditions. This electronic acknowledgment is legally binding and serves as the Member’s signature.
